This is not a behind-the-desk position. This is a relationship-building, goal-oriented sales role where success is measured by your ability to connect with people, follow up consistently, and close memberships.

What You’ll Do

Convert Leads Into Members

  • Meet with prospective members during scheduled appointments
  • Conduct facility tours and membership presentations
  • Demonstrate the value of UDT training programs
  • Recommend membership options based on customer goals
  • Close memberships and complete enrollment paperwork
Follow Up Relentlessly

  • Contact leads through phone calls, text messages, email, and in-person conversations
  • Build relationships with prospects who are not ready to join immediately
  • Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule
  • Re-engage inactive leads
Manage Your Sales Pipeline

  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads and opportunities
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up activities
  • Maintain accurate records and notes
  • Monitor personal sales metrics and conversion rates
Represent the UDT Brand

  • Deliver a professional, high-energy customer experience
  • Participate in community events and outreach activities
  • Build relationships with local businesses, first responders, veterans, and community organizations

Required Qualifications

  • Proven sales, customer service, recruiting, or business development experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence presenting products and services
  • Ability to ask for the sale and close business
