Sales Representative

4 Corner Resources is hiring a Sales Representative for an established supplier to the paper industry. This is a full-time, field-based sales and service role covering paper mill accounts across Central to Southwest Arkansas and Northeast Texas. It’s a strong opportunity for someone who wants long-term growth, a company vehicle, and hands-on training from a tenured rep with nearly three decades at the company.

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned paper mill accounts and build relationships with superintendents, production managers, and technical staff
• Grow existing accounts and prospect new customers to meet sales and order goals
• Present value-added products and technical services, using data and reports to support customer decisions
• Respond to customer mills during urgent production issues and provide on-site technical support
• Support product installations and escalate product performance or runnability issues quickly
• Plan call frequency with your regional team, including coverage during machine downtime
• Forecast annually with sales management and keep accurate customer records, reports, and Salesforce data
• Partner with Customer Service, Manufacturing, Technology & Optimization, and Administrative Support
• Manage receivables follow-up and travel and entertainment expenses

Sales Representative Qualifications:

• BS in Engineering or Paper Science, or relevant sales or industry experience
• Proven ability to sell and build strong customer relationships
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to provide solid technical support to customers
• Willingness to travel up to 85% of the time, mostly by car
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work around equipment in warm mill environments, including climbing stairs and kneeling

Sales Representative Preferred Qualifications:

• Paper industry experience, whether selling to mills, working in a mill, or working for a competitor
• Related experience from maintenance, oil and gas (refinery), or steel or aluminum rolling, especially process troubleshooting
• Salesforce experience

Sales Representative Details:

• Location: Must live in or relocate to Central to Southwest Arkansas or Northeast Texas
• Schedule: Monday through Friday; administrative work from home, daily customer visits in the field
• Travel: Up to 85%, roughly 3 to 3.5 hours of driving per day, with about one overnight per week

• Compensation: Starting base $90,000 (plus sales incentive plan)
