Sales Representative - POP/POS & Retail Graphics

If you know how to win retail brands' in-store graphics business, from POP displays and window graphics to full store rollouts, this one's for you. A growing graphics and sign company client is seeking a sales rep in the western U.S. to drive new business and grow key accounts in point-of-purchase and retail graphics.

What You'll Do

• Sell POP/POS displays, in-store signage, window and wall graphics, and retail environment graphics
• Win and manage programs for retailers, consumer brands, agencies and multi-location chains
• Grow existing accounts through campaign rollouts, seasonal promotions and store refreshes
• Partner with estimating, prepress, production and installation teams on pricing, proofs and delivery
• Present materials, print and finishing solutions that fit each client's budget and timeline
• Manage the pipeline, forecasting and CRM activity to meet or beat sales targets

What You Bring

• Proven B2B sales experience in POP/POS, retail graphics, large-format print or signage
• Working knowledge of wide-format printing, substrates and finishing
• An existing network with retailers, brands or agencies is a strong plus
• A hunter mentality balanced with strong account management
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and follow-through skills
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed

Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 (DOE) plus commissions
