Salary Range: $36000.00 - $150000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Introduce and demonstrate various Kia models, highlighting features and benefits.

Build rapport and trust with clients, guiding them through the car-buying process.

Negotiate pricing and financing options to reach mutually agreeable terms.

Process sales paperwork accurately and efficiently.

Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Collaborate with the sales team and service department to provide a seamless customer experience.

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is a plus.

Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and customer service abilities.

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Familiarity with CRM software and dealership management systems.

A positive attitude and a passion for automobiles.
