Sell and merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina to local stores so communities can enjoy them, safely and on time.  What You'll Do Serve as the primary territory salesperson across an assigned geography, covering convenience/gas, small grocery, drug and dollar stores, plus larger accounts like supermarkets and mass merchants Deliver an elevated level of professional selling by owning communications with Store Owners/Managers and other buyers to drive revenue, share, and profit growth Manage all aspects of sales in small format and low‑volume accounts, including upselling, writing new orders, and managing inventory as contracted with each customer In large format and higher‑volume accounts, drive incremental selling initiatives and partner with a pod of Merchandisers to influence in‑store execution, displays, and inventory management Provide superior customer service and build strong relationships to grow customers in the territory, execute local and national initiatives, and ensure product is available, rotated, and priced appropriately Minimum Qualifications 18 years or older Must have vehicle to access multiple store locations within assigned shift Valid driver's license and proof of insurance Periodically lift up to 40 lbs. while performing work activities What to Expect On-the-Job Training: Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift Health & Lifestyle Benefits: As a full‑time team member, you'll be supported with competitive pay, meaningful benefits, and opportunities to grow a long‑term career at PepsiCo.
