Sales Representative

Becker Orthopedic Appliance Company is seeking a Sales Representative (Orthotics and Prosthetics) to work in Troy, MI to provide clinical and technical education to clients, distributors and healthcare professionals to ensure effective product adoption. Deliver hands-on training and technical support to clients and distributors to enhance product understanding and usage. Deliver high-quality service and support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. Will implement strategies determined by management to expand market share and increase revenue across the territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, clinics and healthcare professionals to foster loyalty and drive sales. Identify new business opportunities, discuss contract terms, and grow the customer base. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales and stay ahead of industry developments.

Must have Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Biomedical Engineering, Orthotics & Prosthetics, or a related field, plus one (1) year of experience in a sales, academic, or healthcare setting explaining how various orthotics and prosthetics work and function. This one (1) year of experience may be as a sales representative (orthotics and prosthetics), professor (orthotics and prosthetics), orthotics technician, or prosthetics technician. Fluency in Spanish is also required.

All experience may be acquired concurrently. Domestic and international travel required up to 15% to meet clients, attend industry events, trade shows and conferences to promote products and strengthen relationships. Travel to be reimbursed by the employer. In addition, standard benefits will be offered.
