We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. Position Summary:
We are looking for a high-performing sales professional with a proven track record in service-based sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and contributing to the overall growth of our client base. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Van Nuys, CA. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in service sales (security industry experience is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management, conflict resolution, negotiation, and customer service
- Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and work ethic
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance
Key Responsibilities: - Generate new business through cold-calling, referrals, and company-provided leads
- Identify key decision-makers within target accounts to initiate the sales process
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and leads
- Collaborate with Account Executives and senior leadership to develop effective sales strategies
- Maintain and update the company CRM with accurate lead and customer data
- Prepare and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Participate in marketing activities including trade shows and industry events
- Conduct outbound follow-up via phone, email, and direct mail campaigns
- Attend regular in-person sales meetings and training sessions
- Prepare onboarding materials and post-orders for new clients
- Conduct in-person sales presentations with prospective clients across Southern California
- Achieve and exceed established sales targets and KPIs
