Salary Range: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Listen to prospective clients to understand their unique life situations and identify the right insurance coverage to protect what they care about most.

Explain complex policy details in simple, easy-to-understand language that helps clients make confident decisions.

Connect with local community members through networking and outreach to share how our agency can provide peace of mind.

Manage your daily pipeline by following up with leads and ensuring every person receives timely, thoughtful attention.

Help our existing clients review their current plans and adjust them as their families, businesses, or assets grow.

Collaborate with our small, tight-knit office to meet shared goals and celebrate our successes together.

Property and Casualty insurance license.

Proven track record of success in sales roles.

Strong comfort level with computers and navigating digital tools.

Ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with a diverse range of people.

Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
