We are seeking a motivated, self-starting, and relationship-driven Sales Representative to expand our commercial accounts in the Hampton Roads area. This role offers strong growth opportunity and unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell janitorial supplies, packaging materials, office furniture, promotional products, and office supplies
- Conduct on-site client visits, deliver presentations, and assess customer needs
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and contract documents
- Maintain accurate sales records and reporting
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business, or related field
- Minimum of three years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in distribution or a related industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong proactive salesperson focused on driving new business
- Highly self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
- Confident and comfortable performing cold outreach
- Experienced in managing and closing long, complex sales cycles
- Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Physical Requirements:
Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
