Sales Representative / Flat Rolled Steel - Warren, Ohio - JOB 26-00479
Salary Range: $50K - $165K Base + Commission - Full-time Permanent Position with Benefits
Warren, Ohio area steel producer seeks a Sales Representative who ideally has experience selling flat rolled steel or similar products, manufactured products sales and / or industrial product business to business sales.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School, GED, Sales / Marketing Degree / Higher Level of Education
- A minimum of (1) year of industrial manufactured product sales
- Preferred experience selling cold rolled, coated and painted cold rolled, coated, and painted flat rolled steel products
- Able to develop new business opportunities
- Managing and expanding key customer accounts
- Preparing proposals and negotiating contracts
- Collaborating internally to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proven B2B sales and account management experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- CRM proficiency and sales reporting experience
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational skills
- Goal-oriented and performance-driven mindset
