In this role, you will work with individuals who are interested in learning more about benefit programs available to them through established unions, associations, and member-based organizations. Your responsibility is to provide clear information, answer questions, and guide each member through a simple consultation process.
What You’ll Do
You will meet with members virtually or by phone to review available benefit options and help them better understand the programs they may qualify for. You will also assist with basic digital forms, follow up with members when needed, and maintain accurate records throughout the process.
This position is best suited for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is comfortable using online tools, and can stay organized while working from home.
