Sales Representatives - Tullahoma

Pool & Spa Depot is now hiring Sales Representatives to work out of our BRAND NEW Tullahoma, TN, Springs retail store!

The ideal candidate for this role must have the ability to effectively open a sale and build a strong relationship with all types of customers in a retail environment.  You must have the confidence to control your own destiny and income in a proven business model and lead generating machine.  Effective communication skills and the ability to follow up with prospects are key attributes to be successful in our sales environment. 

As a Pool and Spa Sales Representative, you will educate consumers on why our products and services are the best in the industry and help design backyard dreams for clients.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Ability to follow a proven sales path to maximize opportunities.

• Maintain and nurture existing client relationships.

• Ability to communicate effectively through text, phone, video, email and social media.

• Follow up on leads and maintain our Customer Retention Management system.

• Understand and communicate information regarding company products and services to new and existing customers.

• Respond to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Ability to learn and maintain thorough product knowledge.

• Write and communicate contract terms and sales agreements with accuracy and integrity.

• Ensure that all required paperwork & electronic updates are complete, accurate & submitted on time.

• Able to process customer finance options and handle large cash transactions.

• Able to work weekdays, weekends and Holidays.

Requirements

• Must be a self-starter and proactive to getting things done.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, and percentages.

• Must be versatile, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities based on seasonality.

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
