Position Summary:The Sales Estimator will sell to new and existing clients and schedule sales appointments via generated leads.  This position will estimate the roofingservice needsof clients; by site inspection, to produce a scope of work, pricing for materials and labor and a written proposal. This position will report to theService Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set sales appointments with key decision makers at prospective client companies.
• Establish rapport and developing long-term business relationships with clients.
• Make sales presentations and partner with clients to establish their needs.
• Present clients with the most appropriate solutions.
• Create proposals and reports for clients or generate estimates from blueprint drawings, specifications, field notes, drawings, and inspections depending on client needs.
• Submit all contacts and documentation in a timely manner; maintain sales call logs.
• Follow up with clients on a periodic basis to ensure that their expectations are being met and to get referrals.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma
• 3+ yearsof experience incommercial roofingsales or 10+ years field experience.
• MS Office, and MS Project experience.
• Previous estimating experience helpful.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
