What You'll Do

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and community involvement.
• Build trusted relationships and recommend tailored insurance solutions for customers.
• Conduct sales appointments and insurance reviews.
• Cross-sell products to provide comprehensive protection.
• Represent the agency at community and networking events.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support agency growth.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, positive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Desire to learn, grow, and make a difference.

Licensing

• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but not required. We'll support qualified candidates in obtaining the necessary licensing.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $35,000-$60,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
• Commission and bonus opportunities that can push the salary past $100,000
• Health, dental, and vision insurance available
• 3% retirement plan match
• No nights or weekends, office closes at 1pm on Fridays
• Paid Vacation
