Sales Specialist – Tommy's Express Car Wash
Location: All Tommy's Express Car Wash Locations in Colorado Springs
Position: Full-Time Sales Specialist
Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, plus membership sales bonuses
Tommy's Express Car Wash is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our team! If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to meet you.

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekend availability required
Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide a positive first impression.
Work the customer service window, assisting guests with purchases, questions, and membership information.
Promote and sell Tommy's Express Unlimited Club memberships and wash packages.
Earn bonuses for every Unlimited Club membership sold.
Consistently maintain a minimum 15% membership conversion rate by engaging customers and effectively communicating the value of our Unlimited Club memberships.
Operate the Vacuum Concierge ("Vac-Con") area by assisting customers and keeping the area clean, organized, and inviting.
Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a positive, outgoing personality.
Comfortable initiating conversations and recommending products and services.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
