We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Specialist to assist our Sales Team in driving business growth and ensuring seamless operations.
Position Overview The Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting our sales staff with daily tasks, ensuring smooth project workflows across our graphics, production, and sales teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Vendor quotes and stock verification
Order processing in Account Edge and ShipStation
Order pipeline monitoring & accuracy
Task management and completion
Lead generation and cold email support
This is a dynamic role for a detail-oriented, proactive teammate who is eager to make a direct impact.
Compensation & Training Structure
Total Target Compensation: $51,600– $70,000 / year
Base Pay: $20.00 / hour (Full-Time, Mon–Fri)
Commission Potential: $12,000– $30,000+ / year
Commission Eligibility: Begins upon completion of the 2–4 week training period or once core responsibilities are fully mastered.

Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in AccountEdge (or similar accounting software), Apollo (or similar lead finding), Google Meet, and CRM tools
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proven ability to work well both independently and collaboratively
Prior sales support or administrative experience is preferred
