SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for driving exceptional customer experiences, solving complex order challenges, and serving as a vital partner to field sales reps within a collaborative, growth-focused environment. In a Sales Support Specialist job you’ll be responsible for:

• Serving as an expert in Oracle ERP system, including order management, product data, and account logistics.

• Investigating and resolving customer complaints regarding order processing, pricing, invoices, and shipments.

• Collaborating with operations, supply chain, and product teams to eliminate delays, expedite lead items, and satisfy delivery timelines.

• Processing customer credits, debits, return adjustments, etc.

• Delivering product model information, pricing, availability, and shipment terms to assigned accounts.

• Answering customer inquiries promptly via phone and email, and managing cases within CRM.

What you’ll need:

• 4+ years of experience in sales, sales support, or customer service

• Proficiency in Oracle ERP, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite specifically MS Excel.

• Exceptional phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills across diverse customer groups.

Additional Information:

• Salary: $60K-$80K; dependent on experience
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; standard hours
• Work Location: Columbus, WI. Some potential for hybrid
