Position Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls, process orders, and respond to inquiries regarding products, pricing, and delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records in S2K to support efficient communication and order management.
• Collaborate with customers to forecast inventory needs and adjust stock levels accordingly.
• Support marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to drive customer engagement and growth.
• Process territory paperwork and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on company guidelines, products, and service standards.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills with clear, professional communication.
• Problem-solving ability with a focus on resolving customer needs efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office; experience with inventory systems or ERPs preferred.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Primarily office-based with occasional light physical activity.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and reaching.
• Ability to lift and carry light items (generally under 20 lbs).
• Work performed mostly indoors in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to noise or extreme conditions.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, standard business hours (40 hours per week)
