We’re expanding our team and looking for motivated, results-driven sales representative in the following locations:
• Columbus, IN
• Fort Wayne, IN
• Lafayette, IN
• Terre Haute, IN
Position:Sales Trainee - Sell Roofing
We are looking for sales representative to conduct scheduled appointments with homeowners using company-supplied leads, educate them about roofing issues, perform FREE inspections, sell roofing services, and complete the required paperwork.
Qualifications:
• Previous roofing, or home improvement sales; trainees considered.
• Comfortable canvassing neighborhoods and engaging with homeowners.
• Willing and physically able to climb ladders and perform roof inspections.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle (car or truck).
Responsibilities:
• Proactively canvass neighborhoods to identify additional sales opportunities and generate leads.
• Conduct roof inspections to identify damage and potential roofing issues.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, including repairs and full roof replacements.
• Present recommendations and close sales.
• Complete sales documentation, contracts, and required paperwork.
