One of the fastest-growing companies in the home services industry is seeking a Sales Trainer to build, implement, and elevate sales training programs across a rapidly expanding organization. This role will be responsible for onboarding new sales professionals, developing sales processes and playbooks, coaching field teams, and establishing the standards that drive consistent sales performance.

About the Role
- Develop and deliver sales training programs for new and existing sales representatives
- Own the onboarding and ramp-up process for new sales hires
- Create and maintain sales playbooks, training materials, and process documentation
- Establish standards for sales presentations, customer interactions, proposals, estimates, and follow-up processes
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance development
- Reinforce sales methodologies and accountability across the organization
- Support new market and location launches through training and process implementation
- Partner with leadership to improve sales effectiveness, consistency, and results
Qualifications
- Experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Enablement Specialist, Sales Coach, or similar training-focused role
- Proven ability to create and implement sales processes, training and onboarding initiatives
- Strong coaching, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience developing sales playbooks, methodologies, and performance standards
- Ability to influence, motivate, and develop sales professionals at all levels
- Home Services, In-Home Sales, Roofing, Solar, or related industry experience strongly preferred
- Candidates with sales management experience will be considered if training, coaching, onboarding, and process development have been major responsibilities
