Wellness Sales Advisor – Massage Envy
Help Guests Feel Their Best While Building a Career in Sales & Wellness
At Massage Envy, this role is much more than answering phones or scheduling appointments. We’re looking for motivated, goal-oriented individuals who enjoy connecting with people, delivering exceptional service, and driving membership sales through meaningful guest relationships.
As a Wellness Sales Advisor, you’ll guide guests through their wellness journey by understanding their needs, recommending the right services, and educating them on the value of consistent self-care through our membership program. This is a customer-focused sales role with clear performance expectations and growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Create an exceptional first impression for every guest—in person and over the phone.
- Build trust with guests using our sales framework to recommend personalized wellness solutions.
- Educate guests on Massage Envy memberships, enhancements, and services.
- Confidently ask for the sale and convert first-time guests into loyal members.
- Meet and exceed membership sales and guest retention goals.
- Schedule appointments strategically to match guest needs with the right service provider.
- Follow up with leads, prospective members, and existing guests to increase engagement and rebooking.
- Deliver a high-energy, positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Support daily operations including maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
