Role Description:
- Salesforce Architect focused on AI-driven innovation within the EDGE Lead Management Platform,
- Leading the design and PoCs for intelligent features such as AI-assisted SMS and Omni-Channel engagement
- Advanced telephony enhancements and automated inbound and outbound customer interaction solutions.
- Need someone with custom integration experience and not like using integrators like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or anything else.
Compensation: $60.00 - $62.00 per hour
