Salesforce & Boundary Applications Lead Hybrid- Dallas, TX

Location                         : Dallas, TX - 75254 (Hybrid)
Project Duration        : 6 months+ (Contract to Hire)

Pay Rate                         : $70 - $75 an hour on W2

Job Description:
Mandatory Skills:

·         8+ years of strong hands-on and technical leadership exp. in SFDC

·         Strong knowledge of SFDC applications and 3rd party apps.

Role Summary:

·         Lead the onshore Salesforce Managed Services function and act as the primary technical point of contact for Salesforce and its integrated application ecosystem.

·         Own technical triage, integration support, incident resolution, enhancements and continuous improvement across Salesforce and the 13 to 15 in-scope boundary applications.

·         Bring strong Salesforce leadership while proactively exploring, learning and developing working knowledge of each boundary application to effectively support Salesforce integrations and end-to-end business processes.

·         Work closely with offshore Salesforce teams, boundary application SMEs, vendors and client stakeholders to ensure stable, responsive and proactive managed services. Key Responsibilities

·         Act as the onshore technical lead and primary point of contact for Salesforce and the overall boundary application ecosystem within the managed services scope.

·         Provide strong technical leadership across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Account Engagement, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud and Salesforce integrations as applicable.

·         Develop a working understanding of Gainsight, ZoomInfo/ ZoomInfo Copilot, HubSpot and Profound including their business purpose, key capabilities, Salesforce integration points, data flows and dependencies.

·         Develop a working understanding of Qualified, Everstage, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Synthesia, with particular focus on how these applications interact with Salesforce and the broader technology ecosystem.

·         Develop a working understanding of Sales loft, Survey Vista, Qvidian, Clay and Google Analytics, including their Salesforce integration patterns, data exchange and business processes.

·         Proactively explore and learn unfamiliar boundary applications rather than depending exclusively on application SMEs; build sufficient knowledge to confidently perform initial analysis, troubleshooting and impact assessment.

·         Perform first-level technical triage for issues involving Salesforce and boundary applications, identify the probable source of failure, and determine whether the issue resides in Salesforce, the boundary application, integration layer, authentication, data or configuration.

·         Coordinate with offshore Salesforce developers, administrators, architects and boundary application SMEs/vendors when deeper product expertise is required, while retaining overall ownership of the issue through resolution.

·         Review and assess the technical impact of Salesforce releases, boundary application upgrades, managed package upgrades and integration changes.

·         Maintain and continuously improve application inventory, integration/dependency maps, support documentation, runbooks, ownership matrices and troubleshooting guides for Salesforce and all boundary applications.

·         Act as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders, providing clear communication on incidents, risks, dependencies, enhancements, technical recommendations and the overall health of the Salesforce + boundary application ecosystem. Required Skills Salesforce – Strong Expertise • 8+ years of strong hands-on and technical leadership experience in Salesforce.

·         Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Salesforce platform architecture.

·         Good exposure to CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Account Engagement, Data Cloud, Einstein/Agent force and Salesforce managed packages.

·         Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP, integrations, Flow, Apex, security, data model and automation.

·         Ability to review Salesforce architecture, solution designs, technical approaches and production issues.

·         Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and troubleshooting.
