Position: Salesforce Consultant
Location: Evanston, IL (Onsite 2–3 days/week – local candidates only)
Duration: 6 Months
Work Authorization: GC / USC

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud
  • Develop custom functionalities using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Configure and customize Experience Builder
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce Shield for security and compliance
  • Perform data modeling and ensure data integrity
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and perform root cause analysis
  • Handle support tickets and resolve issues within defined SLAs
  • Analyze data and generate reports as needed
  • Collaborate with end users and business leaders to gather requirements

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Must Have)
  • Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Experience with Experience Builder
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Shield (security)
  • Solid understanding of data modeling
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Experience handling production support

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure platform

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work with business stakeholders and end users
  • Problem-solving mindset

Additional Requirements

  • Must be willing to work onsite in Evanston, IL for 2–3 days per week (no exceptions)
  • Business casual attire required
