Must have Skills:

SFDC Senior System Analyst/Senior Developer: 12-13 years IT industry total experience, including hands on experience in Data Cloud.
7-8 years specifically in Salesforce.com development, implementation, administration and configuration.
Good to Have:
Advanced Admin (ADM301) or Consultant (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) Certification.
Job Description:
- SFDC Senior System Analyst/Senior Developer: 12-13 years IT industry total experience, including hands on experience in Data Cloud.
- 7-8 years specifically in Salesforce.com development, implementation, administration and configuration.
- Excellent communication and be able to coordinate with and get Knowledge Transition from salesforce development teams and interact with IT/Business stakeholders.
- Good to have experience in different Salesforce clouds/offerings: Sales, Service, Community.
- Other cloud/offerings like Marketing/Pardot, Einstein AI, Analytics, FSL etc are a plus.
- Experience with enterprise identity, Customer 360, master data management, data quality, stewardship, analytics, and large-data-volume programs is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement data models, ingestion pipelines, and transformations within Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Build scalable solutions to unify, harmonize, and activate customer data from various internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with business, data, and technical teams to ensure data accuracy, quality, compliance, and governance.
- Develop and optimize queries, APIs, and automation workflows to support real-time personalization, segmentation, and analytics.
- Expose Data Cloud data for consumption by external systems using APIs, connectors, and event-driven architectures.
- Build integrations to connect Salesforce Data Cloud with multiple internal and external systems, ensuring efficient data retrieval, synchronization, and transformation across diverse platforms including Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, recommend system improvements, and stay current with Salesforce Data Cloud innovations and best practices.
- Own the end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud architecture for Member 360, including source ingestion, harmonization, transformation, unified member IDs, identity resolution, householding, centralized preferences, calculated insights, activation, and consumption patterns.
Key Role Requirement:
Proven experience leading the design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, preferably for Customer 360, member, household, or complex identity use cases.
- Strong functional and technical expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud development.
- Experience with data modeling and data warehousing solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce Data Cloud, ensuring performance, scalability, and data integrity.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud including building and maintaining Data Streams, DMO, DLO, Data mapping, Calculated Insights, Segmentation, Activation etc.
- Configure and manage Data Streams to ingest large volumes of data from multiple sources.
- Implement and manage Identity Resolution (IR) rules to ensure accurate and unified customer profiles.
- Develop and optimize Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Activation processes to drive personalized customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data strategies, data models, and data mapping.
- Ensure proper data governance and apply data quality best practices across the platform.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Design and implement data integration solutions, leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud and other relevant tools.
- Create and maintain data models, schemas, and mappings for efficient data integration processes.
- Proficiency in SQL or other data query languages.
- Knowledge of data governance practices and ensuring data quality.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to activate segmented audiences in real-time across multiple channels, ensuring seamless data integration and customer engagement.
