Robert Half is seeking a Salesforce Administrator / CRM & Data Systems Analyst for a mission-driven non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals and families access housing, financial assistance, and critical community resources. This is a highly visible role responsible for serving as the primary owner of the organization's Salesforce environment, ensuring data integrity, system reliability, security, and reporting accuracy.
Key experience we're looking for:
Proven experience serving as the primary administrator and owner of a Salesforce environment, including user support, workflow management, reporting, and system administration.
Strong background in data management, reporting, and analytics, with the ability to maintain data integrity, support grant reporting, and deliver meaningful business insights.
Experience troubleshooting Salesforce and integrated business applications, with exposure to Zapier, Formstack, and Tableau considered a plus.
Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes, improve workflows, and recommend enhancements while balancing security, compliance, and operational needs.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of supporting non-technical users and serving as a trusted resource across an organization.
