Salesforce Functional Consultant experience
Salesforce Sales Cloud experience
Salesforce Service Cloud experience
Strong functional/business-facing consultant background
Requirements gathering and business process analysis
Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce functional solutions
User stories and acceptance criteria experience
Stakeholder-facing experience working with business users
Agile/Scrum experience
