Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud Subject Matter Expert for enterprise programs, supporting onsite, offshore, and hybrid delivery models.
  • Lead business discovery and stakeholder workshops (onsite or remote) to understand manufacturing sales, contracts, and revenue processes.
  • Design and configure Sales Agreements, contract-based selling, and commitment management in Manufacturing Cloud.
  • Implement and optimize forecasting capabilities, including planned vs. actual revenue, adjustments, and reconciliation.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations aligned with enterprise best practices.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams across geographies on end-to-end solution design, including ERP integrations.
  • Provide functional leadership during build, testing, UAT, and production deployment, coordinating onsite and offshore teams.
  • Act as a client-facing functional advisor, presenting solutions, design decisions, and recommendations to business and IT stakeholders.
  • Support pre-sales and solutioning activities, including effort estimation, solution walkthroughs, and proposal inputs.
  • Guide offshore teams with clear functional specifications, design walkthroughs, and review cycles to ensure quality delivery.
  • Ensure solutions comply with enterprise data, security, and governance standards.
  • Mentor functional consultants and business analysts on Manufacturing Cloud features, patterns, and industry best practices.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and drive continuous improvement, optimization, and adoption across Manufacturing Cloud solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bring 812+ years of overall IT/CRM experience, with 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
  • Demonstrate 2+ end-to-end Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud implementations in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in an IT Consulting company

Compensation

  • $130,000-170,000 plus Bonus
