- Salesforce Project Management experience
- End-to-end Salesforce project ownership and delivery
- Own the project and drive the team forward
- Push initiatives to completion and hold teams accountable
- Hands-on project leadership, not just status reporting
- Stakeholder management and executive communication
- Agile/Scrum project delivery experience
- Experience managing Salesforce implementations, enhancements, integrations, or migrations
- Risk, issue, dependency, and escalation management
