Salesforce RCA Solution Architect

Role Overview:
The customer is seeking an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise Quote-to-Cash solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, CPQ processes, pricing and quoting strategies, and end-to-end revenue lifecycle management. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture and solution design for Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced implementations.
• Define end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes including Product Configuration, Pricing, Quoting, Contracting, Amendments, Renewals, and Billing integrations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Drive solution governance, architecture reviews, and technical best practices.
• Design and oversee development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize revenue operations and sales processes.
• Provide technical leadership to Salesforce development and implementation teams.
• Ensure integration architecture aligns with enterprise systems including ERP, Finance, and third-party applications.
• Conduct design workshops and support executive-level discussions.
• Mentor junior architects and development teams.
