Description
Job Title: Salesforce SFDC Developer / Technical LeadLocation: Boston
(Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)Rate:DOEKey Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce Apex solutions, including multi-object triggers, bulkified code, and governor limit optimization
- Develop efficient business logic using Maps, Lists, and optimized SOQL/SOSL queries
- Independently deliver complex Lightning Web Components (LWC) user stories with high-quality standards
- Design and implement complex Apex integrations using various integration design patterns
- Develop and maintain Salesforce data models, sharing rules, and security architecture
- Implement Salesforce DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical designs
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to the Salesforce development team
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in Salesforce applications
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices
Required Qualifications- 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Salesforce Developer
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex Development
- Hands-on experience with:
- Multi-object triggers
- Bulkified Apex code
- Governor limit optimization
- Strong knowledge of:
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL/SOSL optimization
- Salesforce integrations
- Salesforce security architecture
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Ability to independently deliver complex Salesforce solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring and guiding development teams
