- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce (legacy support), Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Metadata API, and Salesforce DX.
- Hands-on Agentforce experience, including Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Agent Script, Actions, Topics, Data 360 grounding, Retrievers, and Trust Layer governance.
- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, Platform Developer II, Application Architect, and Health Cloud accreditation/certification.
- Proven experience designing scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and middleware.
Required Experience:
- 8+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years of Salesforce platform development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce (legacy support), Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Metadata API, and Salesforce DX.
- Hands-on Agentforce experience, including Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Agent Script, Actions, Topics, Data 360 grounding, Retrievers, and Trust Layer governance.
- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, Platform Developer II, Application Architect, and Health Cloud accreditation/certification.
- Proven experience designing scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and middleware.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools, Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and multi-environment release management.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security model, sharing/visibility, performance optimization, and governor limits.
- Experience leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and managing delivery across agile sprints.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage both executive stakeholders and hands-on delivery teams.
