Pay Range: $40-$45/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
Description:
"Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including: Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud, Agentforce and Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Strong experience managing complex Salesforce implementation, modernization, migration, or transformation programs.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, DevOps, and release management.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-platform dependencies.
Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise delivery tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Strong risk, issue, dependency, financial, and resource management capabilities.
Ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and deeply technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience delivering Salesforce programs.
Previous experience as a Salesforce Technical PM, Delivery Manager, or Technical Program Manager.
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, or relevant Consultant/Architect certifications preferred.
PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent project/program management certification preferred.
Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in banking, financial services, payments, or another highly regulated environment is a strong advantage."
