Local retail company that specializes in home improvement is looking for a Salesperson to assist in selling various types of flooring! This Salesperson will greet customers and guide residential and commercial customers through the selecting and purchasing process. Other job functions include preparing quotes, providing advice and building relationships with customers and contractors!
This is a long term, full time, temp to hire position. The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and the Saturday hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The scheduled days off would be Sunday and Thursday. *Saturdays are required however, there are exceptions. Company does offer benefits and a 401k retirement package. Salary DOE.
Requirements:
Previous sales experience (helpful, but not required)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to stand most of the day
Basic math and measurement skills
