Salesperson

A growing construction company is seeking a driven Salesperson to generate new business and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. This is a full time position with flexibility to work remotely or from the Toms River office.

The ideal candidate is self motivated, comfortable working independently, and focused on results. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys developing relationships, pursuing opportunities, and turning leads into closed business. Compensation is commission driven with strong earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and pursue new sales opportunities

• Develop relationships with prospective clients and industry contacts

• Follow up consistently with leads and potential customers

• Understand client needs and present appropriate construction services

• Manage opportunities throughout the sales process

• Negotiate and close new business

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline

• Track follow ups, opportunities, and sales activity

• Work independently while communicating effectively with the internal team

• Identify new markets, relationships, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience strongly preferred

• Construction or related industry sales experience is a plus

• Strong prospecting, relationship building, and closing skills

• Self motivated and comfortable working independently

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Persistent with excellent follow through

• Results driven and motivated by commission based earning potential

• Comfortable working remotely or from the Toms River office

Location: Toms River, NJ / Remote
