JOB DESCRIPTION:
Must have a natural smile and upbeat attitude with a commitment to provide an unforgettably fun and exciting haircut experience for each of our client children and parents. Oversee daily salon operations including hiring and training of staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ongoing hiring and training licensed stylists, as needed.
- Organizing employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality.
- Ensure all treatments meet high-quality standards.
- Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner.
- Oversee and maintain cleanliness of salon.
- Operating the Point-of-Sale software system.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced atmosphere.
- Ability to work with kids.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum three years salon experience.
- CA Cosmetology License
- Able to work weekends.
