Project Coordinator II Pinnacle Technical Resources
- $50–$55 Per Hour
- Contractor
- Responsible for processing (opening, unboxing, unpacking) organizing, and tracking samples
- Conduct Quality Assurance of all incoming samples with product data against merchandise
- Partner with merchandising team to obtain ETA's (Estimated Time of Arrivals) and report data to requesting teams
- Manage sample logistics and work with partners to effectively communicate product prioritization
- Route and track samples according to order requirements and desired destinations
- Collaborates and works diligently to find solutions to sample challenges
- Adheres to schedule requirements and reports issues as needed to manage partner expectations
- Takes a keen approach to learning and researching product in order to enhance their ability to identify issues and inconsistencies in the merchandise
- Always mindful of the sample process and adds value by continuing to improve efficiency, streamlined procedures and proactive communication
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- Require a High School GED/Diploma
- Preferred but not required: a certificate of completion for another form of further education such as an accredited business college, city college or university, or is in the process of doing so.
- Preferred but not required: Proficient working knowledge of Mac and PC computing platforms with excellent skills in Microsoft Office Excel and other Office programs.
- Experience with database management tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and English proficiency (verbal and written)
- Prior experience in retail, sample coordination or managing stock inventory will be highly regarded
- Has an acute sense of urgency, understands how to prioritize tasks according to critical needs and is extremely organized
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced environment
- Proven ability to meet stringent deadlines
- Is obsessed with accuracy and pays great attention to detail
- Self-motivator, proactive, and works independently
- Position requires prolonged periods of time standing and kneeling
- Must be able to lift to 25 lbs.
