Sample Department Coordinator

Position Overview Wayne Tile is seeking a motivated, organized, and hands-on Sample Department Coordinator to manage our growing sample fulfillment department. This individual will oversee a two-person team responsible for sample preparation, inventory, labeling, and fulfillment across Wayne Tile, Maline, Tilefy, and Material Bank. The ideal candidate will bring structure, efficiency, and accountability to the department while helping develop and implement an improved sample program across our brands. This is a hybrid office/warehouse position. We need someone who is comfortable managing daily operations on a computer but equally willing to work alongside the team cutting samples, preparing orders, packing boxes, and assisting with shipping when necessary.
