Job summary

The Sample Representative is responsible for processing orders, coordinating with the warehouse team, and ensuring accurate handling of shipments and documentation. This role supports daily operations through administrative tasks and communication between office, warehouse, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately
• Communicate with warehouse staff regarding orders and shipments
• Track and manage order documentation and invoices
• Maintain organized records and data files
• Assist with sample orders, packing, and shipping coordination
• Support sales and internal teams with order-related inquiries
• Ensure all paperwork and transactions are completed correctly

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable with data entry and administrative tasks
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work well with a team
