Sanitation Operator

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Sanitation Operator. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary facility, including production areas, equipment, and surrounding grounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize facility interiors, exterior grounds, and production equipment.

• Operate cleaning equipment, including floor buffers, washers, dryers, sweepers, vacuums, mops, and brooms.

• Stock and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.

• Document completed cleaning procedures and meet scheduled deadlines.

• Use basic hand tools to assist with equipment assembly and disassembly.

• Follow established sanitation and safety procedures.

• Assist other departments with additional duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous janitorial, sanitation, or manufacturing cleaning experience preferred.

• Basic hand tool experience.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.

• Comfortable operating various cleaning equipment.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
