Sanitation Supervisor

• Conduct inspections to verify adherence to sanitation standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Oversee industrial cleaning projects, including heavy-duty sanitation tasks in commercial or industrial settings.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and storage.
• Enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations related to sanitation and custodial work.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial services, or janitorial roles with a focus on industrial or commercial environments.
• Strong staff supervision and team management skills with demonstrated supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication skills for effective managerial oversight and customer service interactions.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management standards.
• Ability to lead teams in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with laundry operations or hospitality housekeeping management is a plus.
