SAP ABAP GTS Techno-Functional Lead - Remote with Travel

Required Skills

• 10+ years in SAP ABAP, 2-5 years in SAP GTS, and Lead level experience.
• Experience in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) - Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management.
• Experience in SAP ABAP, Enhancement frameworks, Interfaces, and Technical troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of SAP Integration technologies, including IDocs, RFCs, APIs, SAP CPI, Middleware platforms.
• Experience in Leading SAP Implementations/Upgrade projects.
• Prefer atleast 1 SAP S/4HANA RISE Migration/Upgrade project experience.
• Medical Devices industry experience, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical architecture, integration, upgrade, and compliance initiatives and work with business stakeholders and functional teams to support Global Trade and Regulatory requirements.
• Lead the design, implementation, support of SAP GTS solution across global operations.
• Drive the SAP S/4HANA RISE Upgrade initiatives, including technical planning, execution, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Provide Technical Leadership for SAP Integrations involving GTS, S/4HANA, ECC, EWM, TM, SD, MM, and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with business and compliance teams to ensure adherence to Global Trade regulations, Customs requirements, Export controls, and Sanctioned party screening.
• Define and enforce SAP Development standards, Architecture guidelines, and best practices.
• Lead Technical Workshops, Solution Design sessions, and Architecture reviews.
