SAP Architect

Pay Range: $65/hr - $70/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, to meet business requirements.
• Defining interaction requirements for components, subsystems, and interfaces within the SAP ecosystem.
• Providing strategic direction and guidance on SAP development and production fixes.
• Ensuring alignment of business and technology requirements with enterprise design.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define vision, requirements, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Supporting business process analysis, procedure development, workflow optimization, issue resolution, testing, validation, and implementation of operational improvements.
• Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for Retail Choice and Retail Access processes, including supplier-related transactions, enrollment and change activities, market requirements, exception management, and regulatory and operational support.
• Supporting business continuity, governance, risk identification, escalation, operational reporting, and execution of departmental priorities.
• Provide strategic and in-depth research, analysis, and recommendations related to customer service business processes, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document business requirements and support compliance with applicable regulatory, operational, and internal control requirements.
• Act as a liaison between the business area and technical support organizations to ensure business needs are properly documented and translated into technical requirements.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of utility customer service operations, SAP utility system processes, query and reporting tools, and data analysis.
• Exhibit advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 5+ years of experience in SAP architecture and implementation.
• Advanced knowledge of utility customer service operations and SAP utility system processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration and project success.
