Position: SAP BTP CAPM

Location: Raritan, NJ

Required:

Role Descriptions: D Design and develop custom applications and extensions on SAP BTP using SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) Define and implement CDS data models, Views, Service definitions (OData V4 / REST) Annotations for UI, validations, and authorizations.

Model domain logic using Core Data Services (CDS) Entities, associations, compositions, Projections and views.

Build reusable and modular CAP services aligned with clean ‐ core principles.

Implement business logic using Custom actions and functions.

Implement role ‐ based access control using CDS authorization annotations and SAP BTP XSUAA.

Develop SAPUI5 apps with Flexible Programming Model (FPM).

Perform end ‐ to ‐ end debugging across CAP services and SBPA workflows.

Analyze logs and traces using SAP BTP Cockpit, Application Logging and cloud logging.

Diagnose and resolve production issues efficiently Participate in root ‐ cause analysis and performance tuning.

Integrate CAP applications with SAP S/4HANA (Cloud and On ‐ Prem) External systems using REST / OData APIs Knowledge on using SAP BTP services:

Destination Service

Connectivity Service

Authentication & Authorization (XSUAA)

Handle asynchronous processing and event ‐ based integration (preferred)

SBPA:

Design and implement workflows using SAP Business Process Automation Build Approval workflows, User task management, Automated decision logic using business rules Integrate SBPA workflows with CAP services and SAP backends.

Implement Exception handling, SLA and retry mechanisms Develop UI forms for tasks and approvals Desirable Skills:
