Role Overview

• Design, develop, integrate, and manage SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions.

• Support large-scale SAP S/4HANA 3PL implementation and DevOps transformation initiatives.

• Enable CI/CD, automation, and cloud-native development practices across the SAP landscape.

• Integrate SAP S/4HANA with third-party logistics systems and external applications.

• Support SAP BTP extensions, integrations, application lifecycle management, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain DevOps processes for SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP.

• Manage SAP BTP global accounts, subaccounts, entitlements, destinations, connectivity, and security configurations.

• Build, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines for SAP applications and integrations.

• Configure and support SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration (CPI), API Management, and Event Mesh.

• Develop applications using SAP Build Apps, SAP Build Process Automation, SAP CAP, and SAP Business Application Studio.

• Manage transport processes, release deployments, change controls, and production cutovers.

• Implement automated deployments, testing, version control, and release governance.

• Automate platform administration and operational activities using SAP and industry-standard DevOps tools.

• Monitor applications, integrations, jobs, and platform health using SAP Cloud ALM and relevant monitoring tools.

• Support SAP BTP extensions, SAP Fiori/UI5 applications, CAP-based services, APIs, and Integration Suite components.

• Promote Clean Core principles through side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP.

• Integrate SAP S/4HANA with third-party logistics (3PL) platforms and external applications.

• Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis.

• Coordinate problem, change, and major incident management activities.

• Collaborate with functional teams across SAP EWM, MM, SD, TM, warehouse, transportation, and logistics operations.

• Coordinate with SAP under the RISE with SAP operating model for infrastructure- and platform-related activities.

• Participate in architecture reviews, technical governance, security reviews, and DevOps maturity initiatives.

• Support application lifecycle management, code reviews, testing, and deployment strategies.

• Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, deployment guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge articles.

• Coordinate with onsite stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.

• Follow security, compliance, and governance standards for SAP cloud applications.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience.

• At least 3+ years of hands-on SAP BTP experience.

• Strong experience with SAP Integration Suite and DevOps automation.

• Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with external logistics systems.

• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and SAP best practices.

• Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.

• Knowledge of SAP BTP administration, security, connectivity, and transport management.

• Experience supporting production environments, incident management, and release deployments.

• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to coordinate effectively across onsite and offshore delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP BTP or SAP Integration Suite certification.

• Experience with 3PL or logistics operations.

• Exposure to SAP EWM implementations.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

• Experience in global onsite-offshore delivery models.

• Familiarity with RISE with SAP and SAP Cloud ALM.

• Experience with enterprise architecture, technical governance, and security reviews.
