5+ years of hands-on operational experience with SAP BTP across multiple service categories and environments or similar large scale enterprise platform experience.
Emonstrated experience operating within a FedRAMP-authorized or equivalent federally secured cloud environment.
Experience managing platform security posture including identity management, access controls, and compliance documentation.
Experience with ITSM and change management processes in an enterprise environment.
Proven track record of service ownership with documented SLA accountability and incident management responsibilities.
Basic understanding of cloud networking: API routing, service endpoints, encryption-in-transit, and cloud connectivity.
