Job Description

Our client, a Medical Technology company, is looking for a SAP Business Analyst – Quality Management for their Sunnyvale, CA/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

As an SAP Business Analyst specializing in Quality Management (QM), you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of SAP S/4 Hana Quality Management processes.
Conduct Business process blueprint sessions with end users and gather requirements.
Document the requirements in Business process blueprint documents.
Design the solution to meet the business requirements.
Create Functional specifications and Functional design documents.
Configuration (SPRO) in SAP S/4
Creation of Test scenarios and test scripts
Functional testing of business process steps and SAP development objects
End user training
Cutover planning
Go live and Post go live support.

Requirements:

Overall 10years with Minimum 5 years of experience in design, development, and testing of SAP S/4 Hana Quality Management module.
Strong Knowledge and Experience in Master data objects such as Material master, Master Inspection Characteristics, Inspection Plan, Equipment, Catalogs etc.
Serial number management and tracking
Inspection Planning and Execution
Sampling
Source, Incoming, In process and Outbound Inspection
Quality Notifications
Defects and Complaints
Quality Order Management
Integration of QM with other areas like PP, WM, PM
Interfaces and IDOC Processes.
