We are seeking an SAP Consultant Contractor to support system design, business process review, technical build, and testing on Deloitte project teams. In this contractor role, you will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements, support solution design, configure SAP GTS, and assist with delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Gather and document business requirements for SAP GTS projects
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Support system design, configuration, build, testing, and deployment activities
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements and automation opportunities
• Troubleshoot SAP application and integration issues
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and process flows
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver milestones on time
• Support solution design to meet business process and reporting needs
• Develop training materials and support end-user training
• Ensure SAP GTS solutions comply with applicable regulations, standards, and policies
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to support delivery
• Contribute to the SAP GTS practice as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP GTS project implementation experience
• Strong knowledge of SAP GTS in one or more of the following areas: Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Trade Preference
• Good understanding of supply chain management processes
• Strong analytical and modeling skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, STEM, information systems, computer science, business, finance, international relations, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC modules such as Sales and Distribution, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Material Master, and Transportation Management
• Technical knowledge of ABAP, SAP PI, or similar SAP technologies
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Project, Access, Excel, and/or Visio
• Experience presenting to clients or senior decision makers
• Knowledge of export regulations, including ITAR/EAR
• Interest in international trade or international business
• Strong research, writing, verbal communication, and project management skills
• Ability to design practical, leading-practice solutions
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of end-to-end process design
• Strong organizational skills and ability to self-manage time and tasks
• Ability to manage client and cross-functional team expectation

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $125 to $135 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
