Overview
As an SAP Consultant Contractor, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. Implementing and configuring SAP modules to meet business needs and improve system functionality. Analyzing business processes and providing recommendations for SAP solutions. Creating and maintaining documentation for SAP configurations and customizations. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP applications and integrations. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, proactive professional who can seamlessly balance stakeholder management, solution design, hands-on configuration, and support leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the support and continuous improvement of SAP CS processes in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Provide functional expertise across core SAP CS capabilities, with a strong focus on standard CS processes and configurations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex business and system issues, including hands-on involvement in configuration, testing, and debugging activities where required.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to drive solution alignment and successful implementation.
• Provide design recommendations and ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and SAP best practices.
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, change requests, and enhancement initiatives.
• Mentor team members and provide leadership in support and delivery activities.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong functional expertise in SAP CS (Customer Service) with a deep understanding of standard CS processes and configurations.
• Excellent knowledge of Contracts, Billing and Pricing
• Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments, with emphasis on core Service functionality rather than advanced S/4HANA-specific features.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a highly hands-on role, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven experience engaging with business stakeholders and driving solution discussions and design decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong understanding of SAP CS integration with: Sales and Distribution (SD); Materials Management (MM); Controlling (CO) and Financial Accounting (FI)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP interfaces and integration scenarios.
• Knowledge of SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).
• Experience supporting complex SAP landscapes and cross-functional business processes.
