Senior SAP Delivery Lead needed to lead an SAP delivery team from the client\s Miami office, bringing a strong SAP FICO and ABAP background. This is primarily a senior delivery/client leadership role, with SAP FICO/ABAP knowledge providing the technical credibility to lead the team. Communication, project leadership, and escalation management are mandatory. This is an on-site role in Miami, FL; local candidates preferred, and candidates outside Miami must be willing to relocate at their own expense.

Lead and manage the SAP delivery team to ensure timely, quality completion of work
Work directly with the client to provide updates, understand requirements, and manage expectations
Handle escalations and critical issues, driving them to resolution
Coordinate FICO, ABAP, and other SAP teams for smooth project delivery
Track project progress, risks, resources, and deadlines; take action as issues arise
